Dining in the dark in New York

Dans le Noir is a concept restaurant that's come to New York, opening in December. I had heard about in Europe and thought it sounded sorta kinky but maybe that's just me. You show up, have a drink and order your meal in a lit bar before being taken down into a totally dark room. Check your cellphone and anything that'll light up upstairs. You're served by blind waiters. The idea is, you experience food differently when you can't see it. At the end of them meal you get photos of what you just ate. Totally intriguing, I'd love to try it.
